Getting Cozy With Handmade STUFF Pillows

Erin Nagy and Shannon Fidler hand-make STUFF pillows. They screen-print each piece by hand, cut the materials out into shape, sew it all up, and then stuff it full of cloud-soft happiness! They joined us for their first Bison in the winter of 2016 and they'll be back with us again for both weekends this year - we're very excited to see the new work they have for us! Do yourself a favour and follow them on instagram (@stuff_yeg) and read on down below to see how they answered our Q&A:

Q: What does it mean to be an Edmonton maker/designer/artist?
STUFF: We love being a part of this super talented community, as it allows us to show what we make to the people and the city that shaped us and made us the designers that we are today! Being a maker in Edmonton is such a fun, weird and rewarding experience, from the friends that we make along the way, to the joy that STUFF brings.

Q: What are your top 3 influences (artists, things, etc)?
STUFF: Our lovely home which is Canada, soft/cozy-ness, and all the the super talented makers in Edmonton!

Q: Favourite Bison item you’ve picked up at a previous fair?
STUFF: That’s such a hard question as there are SO MANY bison items that we’ve picked up over the years... have to say the @coppercherry pencil roll is one of our favs and it’s very handy!
