Brittni Goshulak, Michael Lundy, and Meagan Henderson are three of the kindest, most welcoming people you'll likely ever meet and that's fitting of their apparel brand Flannel Foxes. They created a nostalgic brand that's inspired by life in the Canadian West. Taking inspiration from our home and native land to bring you high quality, well designed, practical clothing! They'll be joining us again for both weekends of the fair and we're very happy to have them! You can check out the rest of their work and keep up with what's happening in their world by following them on instagram / twitter and read on down below as we further pick their brains on their inspirations:
Q: What does it mean to be an Edmonton maker/designer/artist?
FF: Edmonton is a truly unique city with an amazing community of people who love to support local business. We're so lucky to be from here and to have been able to meet some fantastic people through this work.
Q: What are your top 3 influences (artists, things, etc)?
FF: Flannel Foxes is a nostalgic brand, we love looking back at our parents & grandparents memorabilia to get an idea of what Canada meant to them growing up. We're also big fans of the Rocky Mountain Antique Mall.
Q: Favourite Bison item you’ve picked up at a previous fair?
FF: All of us own Monster friends from Mountains & Monsters. We can't get enough ugly cuteness!
