HOLIDAY 2019 community space APPLICATIONS ARE OPEN!

The Royal Bison now has a dedicated community table at the fair, and we want your org to come tell our the thousands of folks who come to Royal Bison each fair weekend (Nov 29-Dec 1 and Dec 6-8) all about your cause!

The table space is FREE, and the space is scheduled for a different org each day. Over the two weekends of the Holiday fairs, we are excited to find six organizations to participate. Your table representatives would be welcome to hand out swag, sell donations-as-gifts, hang out and talk to people about your cause. For more info, and to apply, use our super easy application form and we will email after October 11, 2019 to the successful orgs! Please email us if you have any questions!

HOW IT WORKS:

• The community table is offered for free.

• There are six spots available: Nov 29, Nov 30, Dec 1, Dec 6, Dec 7 and Dec 8.

•Orgs will be selected by our jury on the basis of merit and audience fit/market mix.

• Selected organizations must be charitable and/or non-profit.

• Bonus points if your org is arts/culture related, but it's not totally necessary.

• Table spaces are for one day only (Friday evening, all day Saturday or all day Sunday).

• We will coordinate with all successful organizations to figure out best scheduling for all.

• You are required to have a representative present at your table at all times, and to set up and tear down on the same day.

•Your table representatives would be welcome to hand out swag, sell donations-as-gifts, hang out and talk to people about your cause.


A LITTLE ABOUT THE ROYAL BISON, IF YOU DIDn’T KNOW ALREADy:

The Royal Bison is a tightly curated INDEPENDENT craft, art and design fair located in the heart of the Old Strathcona retail district in Edmonton, Alberta. The fair pops up for a weekend only three times a year (once in the spring, and twice in the winter) with 70-ish top-notch makers, designers, illustrators showing their work and they bring some of the most vivid design and art this city and region have to offer. The Royal Bison is vendor-run, aligned with the arts and indie community in Edmonton.
